We FINALLY got him to show motivation and took him to our room to see for himself, where he proceeded to take video of the continuing damage. We immediately raced downstairs to report the situation, to which Kevin, the night check on duty, seemed unconcerned and definitely not hurried to assess the situation and find a solution. Upon our return, our room on the second floor was soaked, with water literally POURING from the sprinkler system in the ceiling. We decided to go ahead with our plans for the evening, and left the rooms for several hours. My friends husband happens to own a very reputable AC business, and he attempted to speak with the woman at the check-in desk, to no avail. Upon arrival, both our rooms remained warm with the air conditioners never kicking on. We and some friends booked two rooms for Saturday/Sunday, September 3-4, 2022.
