Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those. I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room. My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed. No hotel room amenities.(mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, disposable cups etc) I am glad I downgraded from a spa suite ($499/night) to a Lakeview room($199/night).
