There was no maid service and we had to reuse wet towels. The room was not very clean, the multiple heads shower was drippy and not functioning properly, there were not enough hooks to hang wet towels, the sinks were slow-draining/backing up, the vanity mirror was broken, and lighting and vanity height were not conducive to ladies morning beauty routine. The room furniture was showing lots of wear, the bed was uncomfortable, we could hear loud music half the night and it sounded like the guests above us were moving furniture. Although the staff was friendly enough and the food OK, the hotel and casino were freezing. To start, there was no valet parking which made finding a spot difficult.
I booked a weekend trip at the Hardrock Biloxi for my husband’s 55th birthday and we were very disappointed.
