It will cost $12 or more for a decent drink here so don’t expect even a free water or a cold soda while you’re gambling, even if you spend more than $20K per month in this place gambling. My instincts tell me it’s because they don’t want to SPEND money and until EVERYONE gets loud and complains and stops coming to their establishment, they won’t change a thing. I’m sure there is a financial reason for everything a Casino Resort w/Hotel does, but it’s not because they don’t have money. It is June now and they STILL can’t seem to find the money to afford a decent service with trained personnel and get it going. Do not arrive thinking they will have valet service. Lol, go put your bags back in your car and try again in 2 hours. If you are new to the Winstar Hotel, when you come in to check-in, if there is a line all the way out to the main hallway….

I feel bad for people who don’t have Elite status with their player’s card, so that the check-in process isn’t so rough. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel experience.
